Fabian Cruz, started Cito Tax to fulfill a need he experienced his family face, one that so many people face without being able to find a way out.
His parents trusted their tax preparation professional to properly file their taxes. Due to no fault of their own, they were later notified by the IRS they owed taxes due to incorrect filings.
The feeling experienced was their lives were put on hold until this was resolved. After researching tax resolution experts online they were lost in their quest to find someone to help them.
Follow-up, when these companies reached out, was slow and poor and even when they eventually returned calls his parents were still unsure and confused about who to go with to help them. During this whole time, his parents were scared and stressed out, A feeling we are sure you know all too well.
Due to this experience, our Founder set out to find a way to help others with the same problems. After researching what went into tax resolution as far as skills, certifications, and the knowledge needed he knew it was something he was willing to commit to. We hope to use this platform to not only help with tax resolution services but to also inform and educate you.
